R4500.00 ex VAT per month for a spacious two to three-person office.

This office comes kitted as a two-person office.

There is an additional cost of R780.00/ month to convert the office to a three-person office.



We do have larger offices from a four to an eight-person office

This pricing will start at R8000.00 ex Vat per month kitted as a four-person office.

There is an additional cost of R780.00/ month per extra working station to convert the office to a five to eight-person office.


Our private office rentals include the following

Personalized key card access control for each employee
24-hour security
Automated generator services to prevent down time
Two hours free in our medium sized boardroom daily. (subject to availability)

We require a One and a half -months deposit fee upfront.

Boardroom Facilities



All boardroom facilities come with unlimited coffee for all guests.
After Hour bookings will be an additional charge of R250.00 per hour.
This needs to be booked 24 hours in advance with payment.
12-hour minimum cancelation period
Half day is from 8am to 12pm (4 hours)
Full day is from 8am to 5pm with the lunch hour free (8 hours)
All Boardroom Prices excludes VAT charges.
