Fractional Ownership is co-ownership of a freehold property, where shareholders enjoy 4 weeks per annum with dates allocated on a rotating schedule.

Mjejane Game Reserve, one of South Africa's premier reserves and a mere 4-hour drive from Gauteng, is situated on the banks of the Crocodile River, enjoys 10km's of river frontage and is fenced into the southern boundary of Kruger National Park, which is renowned for its Big 5 game viewing.

This double stand freehold property comprises of 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities, along with a ranger's room and a games room that can each accommodate 2 people. This allows a maximum capacity of 14 individuals, surpassing the capacity of most private lodges by 4.

The house is divided into two wings. The "left wing," facing the river, features 3 en-suite bedrooms (the end room includes an outdoor shower), a lounge, dining room, kitchen, scullery, guest toilet, covered verandah, and an elevated viewing deck.

The "right wing" includes 2 en-suite bedrooms, with the end room featuring an outdoor shower.
In addition, there are separate accommodations for the “ranger's room” (there is currently no permanent ranger) and a games room. Three covered carports, a garage (housing the OSV), a pool, and a boma, contribute to the property's well-designed layout.

Daily servicing of the house and garden maintenance are both covered by the levy.
